If you want to replicate Nocino’s viral pasta dishes in the comfort of your own home, we have the solution for you: the Swiss-Italian restaurant’s newly unveiled gourmet pasta kit brand, Helvetica by Nocino.

Named after the Latin term for “Swiss,” Helvetica’s core items include fresh pastas (HKD45/330g) and pasta sauces (HKD168/440g) crafted by chef-founder Matthew Ziemski and his culinary team. There are four pasta types (squid ink creste di gallo, reginette, egg pappardelle, and fesonati) and four sauces (black truffle garlic and cream sauce, braised octopus and squid ink ragù, ox cheek and preserved walnuts ragù, and spicy pork ‘nduja and mascarpone sauce) in the collection, ideal for mixing and matching.

To complement its pasta offerings, the brand also features a range of premium Italian and Swiss cheeses and cured meats, wines from both Switzerland and around the world, and Italian pantry staples like extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and polenta.

Orders are prepared and packaged as they are received, with pick-up and delivery across Hong Kong available. To have a look at Helvetica’s product categories and to place an order, click here.
