Described as the only Island-side buffet to run late into the evening, Conrad Hong Kong’s new “Feast to the Rhythm” supper buffet sounds perfect for those of us gearing up to paint the town red on a Friday or Saturday night.

Held at the hotel’s Lobby Lounge every Friday and Saturday from 8PM till 11PM, the supper buffet (HKD388 pp) focuses on the vibrant flavours of Asia, offering more than 45 dishes for all-can-eat savouring. To include bottomless red, white, and sparkling wine, non-alcoholic cocktails, juices, and soft drinks, the free-flow package is priced at an additional HKD198 per person.

Dishes on display range from Thailand’s green papaya and pork jowl salad and Thai fish cake, to Indian chicken curry and lamb curry samosa, to local favourites like stir-fried clams with fermented soybean and chilli and Yangzhou fried rice.

The made-to-order items are the highlights of the buffet, notably the chicken shawarma roll and Malaysian laksa.

As you’re serenaded by live modern jazz musicians, you can end your supper feast with a spread of sweet treats, including Cantonese restaurant Golden Leaf’s signature tofu pudding and mango pomelo sago, Western desserts the likes of lychee, raspberry, and rose cake and rum baba, and Mövenpick ice cream.
