With the imminent launch of season four of the Emmy® Award-winning hit series The Bear, Foodie is teaming up with Disney+ to host a grand Secret Suppers dinner inspired by The Bear on Jul. 8 in Hong Kong.
In the spirit of our returning Secret Suppers dinner, we are welcoming die-hard fans of The Bear and Hong Kong’s gastronomical admirers to join us for an exclusive night of dining, where we celebrate the power of food in bringing people together.
Our extravagant collaboration dinner will begin at 7PM, where readers will join us at an exclusive restaurant, steeped in history, for an elevated family-style sharing menu that will both delight foodies and charm fans of the show — plus, we’ve got a few surprises in store.
The location of the restaurant is kept a true mystery until you enter the space, with only the MTR station meeting point revealed the night prior to spice up the Secret Suppers dinner.
As embodied in the words of Chef Carmy – teased in season four’s thrilling trailer – “the one really true thing about restaurants […] is you’re never alone.” Whilst you may arrive at the dinner as strangers, you will undoubtedly leave as new friends.
Season four of The Bear premieres on Thursday, Jun. 26 on Disney+ with all 10 episodes available beginning at 8AM HKT. This season follows Carmy (Jeremy Allen White), Sydney (Ayo Edebiri) and Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) as they tackle new challenges to push the restaurant further and greater in Chicago’s competitive culinary scene – all while making sure it survives.
Named an AFI Television Program of the Year in each of its first three seasons, FX’s “The Bear” most recently won 11 Emmy Awards for its second season, the most wins for a comedy series ever in a single year.
