Dr. Fern's Gin Parlour reopens at The Pottinger Hotel in Central

After closing in January 2025, beloved cocktail bar Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour is permanently reopening at The Pottinger Hong Kong in Central.

The bar announced on its Instagram page the unveiling of Dr. Fern’s Volume II: The Doctor’s Residence, with the expectation of more medicinal-themed cocktails with the relaunch of one of Hong Kong’s most original cocktail bars.

Dr. Fern’s is hosting its soft-opening tonight (Jun. 16) at 8PM at The Pottinger Hong Kong, taking up the space of the former ROOM 309 cocktail bar.
